November 25, 2011: The last 4 months has been a whirlwind. We took off to a rousing start not really knowing what our customers would really want. From the pastry end, we basically made everything we knew we could make well and everything has been very well received. We have discovered a basic menu of pastries that everyone loves and then offer special treats that our pastry chef's imagination dreams up. From the Bistro end, we have had some growing pains. We have changed some staff and modified the menu. We have been in discussion with the Buffalo Diner for a few weeks. The Buffalo Diner offers some of the best dishes and catering in southern WV. The new dishes and menu have also been very well received. We have been slowly adding their dishes as our chef learns to follow Chef Billy's exacting methods of preparation. Our menu will continue to grow and evolve. Come in and try the new menu, we know you will discover your new favorite meals.

Hours: Monday through Saturday 7am-8pm, Sunday 12-3.
